Vadodara Gas Limited (VGL) is a Joint Venture Company (JVC) formed between GAIL Gas Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of GAIL (India) Limited) and Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC). Incorporated on September 13, 2013, VGL commenced operations on October 1, 2014, with the objective of developing and expanding City Gas Distribution (CGD) infrastructure in Vadodara and its adjoining areas.
